Milling Sausage, located in southeast Wisconsin, is a family owned and operated wholesale business offering specialty fresh sausages and smoked products for over 40 years. Milling Sausage was founded in 1980 by Paul Milling. Paul Milling immigrated from Europe in the early 1950s. Paul brought with him old world recipes.
Matt bought the business from his uncle Paul Milling in 1990 and has been running it ever since with his wife Kate. This small family business has grown over the years. In 2019 Ryan Courtney was hired as General Manager and soon after became part owner.
After 2020, Milling Sausage invested in equipment and updated the facility and applied for CIS program. In October of 2022, Milling Sausage was approved to sell outside of Wisconsin.
Milling Sausage uses only the finest meats, spice ingredients and natural casings for our fresh specialty sausages and smoked products. Our mission is to provide a high-quality product with great flavor that the whole family will enjoy.
